My First interview with this company left me with a lot of questions. Such as the behavior of the president who goes out into the shop floor and starts working right in with the people. That was my take on a brief comment made to me by the hiring manager. Kind of wierd I thought?
Meeting with the president of a small company for the final interview and he turns out to be very drunk from the night before or highly medicated. LMAO ! Then his asking a few too many dumb questions and telling me his employees do things his way only. That only made me think about having a drink myself… Enough was enough! So all I thought about then was when was this stupid interview going to be over! That evening he, MR. Pres. leaves me a voice mail saying he still has some more questions he wants to ask me, WTF! At that point I send an email to the hiring manager of that company telling him I’ve opted out of the employment process… lol !

I had an interview last week. During the interview, the interviewer asked “do you mind working in a cube environment with people yelling over 3 rows of cubes?” Then proceeded to tell me that “some of their employees had a problem with maturity levels”. I was sitting there stunned.

What do you say to that?

This is proof that HR people all deserve a bonus…if people can’t even take a shower before showing up at an interview…well, it’s all downhill from there.
