		<description>Hey Patrick - I can&#039;t speak for every hiring manager or recruiter, but if there are only a few grammatical errors than I don&#039;t see a problem with it.  Also, recruiters and managers are many times looking to see if someone meets the qualifications first and foremost.  If a resume only has a hand full of errors than I bet most resume readers won&#039;t catch the mistake.
